Cancellations are required a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Any no call no shows will be blocked from online booking and will require a rebooking fee be paid in order to move forwards with a future appointment.

Redo policy
Redos requested within 7 days of the original service will be accommodated at the salons earliest convenience at no cost.
child policy
We have a strict no unattended child policy, so children who are not receiving a service should not attend appointments. we are not set up to accommodate children under the age of 12.
Return policy
Products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
